Specialist Periodontist, Ipswich, Suffolk

Ipswich Dental Specialists is looking for a Specialist Periodontist to join our private specialist dental practice and help develop our periodontal service.

We are looking for someone who wants to become part of the practice, build relationships with referring dentists and contribute to the ongoing development of the service, rather than simply filling a clinical day.

Ideally, the role would be one day per week, with flexibility around clinical days to accommodate existing commitments for the right person.

The Opportunity

The successful clinician will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive periodontal referral service, treating a broad range of periodontal and peri-implant conditions according to their interests and scope of practice.

You will be supported by a specialist team, with opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration and the development of strong relationships with our referring dentists. We would also welcome someone who enjoys contributing to professional education and supporting the wider dental community.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a clinician on the GDC Specialist List in Periodontics, or awaiting specialist registration, who combines excellent clinical skills with strong communication and a collaborative approach.

We are particularly interested in someone who would like to play an active role in developing the periodontal service and building long-term relationships with referring dentists.

Remuneration will be discussed according to experience and the structure of the role.
