Soft Tissue Grafting
Region: MANDEC, Manchester
Soft tissue grafting is a delicate and technical procedure which allows us to manipulate the quality and quantity of tissue at the recipient site. These mucogingival surgical techniques are used to cover recession defects, mask underlying root/implant discolorations, improve gingival contours and increase the integrity of fragile gingival tissue.
This is an excellent course for surgical enthusiasts to exploit their artistic flair. Throughout the day you will get to practice harvesting a variety of grafts from the palate, preparing the recipient bed and fixing the graft in its final position.
