Kamloops proper has over 75 general dentists, 2 endodontists, 4 orthodontists and 2 oral surgeons and now a pediatric dentist. Regional drain, referral base ~150 general dentists.

THE PRACTICE:

RK House has evaluated this as one of the most efficiently run periodontal offices in BC wrt overhead/staff salaries. All facets of periodontics are practiced: dental implants (Straumann or Nobel Biocare, ASTRA, Biohorizons), ridge site development, block grafts, traditional pocket elimination and abundant periodontal plastic procedures.

FEES:

This is a NON Assignment office with fees the same or within 10% of the current BC Specialty fee guide.

HOURS/STAFFING:

Monday-Thursday with 1 Friday per month 9am – 4:30pm. Average working 160 days per year. Four staff in total: 1 front desk, 2 CDAs 1 RDH. Huge opportunity to expand hours and services for the right candidate.

SUMMARY:

I am seeking an appropriate candidate for this busy, high level, boutique practice. The candidate must strive towards full ownership as the long term goal whether immediately or phased in, can be negotiated. The established office serves the 200,000+ drainage area extending from Salmon Arm to Merritt and Williams Lake to Vernon. Personnel include an excellent and well trained hygiene staff who practice @ a specialty level and dedicated and experienced support staff complete the team.
